１．Video viewing is limited to the applicant and living together family members. Do not share or publish IDs and passcodes for viewing with others.
２．Recording, recording, capturing still images, etc. of delivered videos are prohibited.
３．When participating in a meeting on a smartphone (iPhone, etc.), select "Call using the Internet" to select audio. "Dial-in" is at risk of expensive charges. Also, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to use the voice function.
４．Due to live distribution, distribution may not be possible due to equipment malfunctions, etc., or images may be disturbed due to the movement of a personal computer. Thank you for your understanding.

●The electronic application system screen will open. Follow the instructions to enter required items.

●If the application reaches the maximum limit, the reception will be closed.
●You can apply at the same time as the mother classroom held at the ward office. However, those who have been confirmed to participate in the mother classroom held at the ward office will not be eligible. Thank you for your understanding.
●Within a few days after the application deadline, we will inform you of the Zoom ID and passcode to the email address you entered.
