It was founded in 1628 (1628). The song title, which has been handed down since the late Edo period, is designated as a designated Intangible Folk Cultural Property in Kanagawa Prefecture.
On the grounds are the Peace pagoda of Yoshimori Wada, a famous warlord from the Kamakura period who made great success in establishing the Shogunate.
