FY2021 “Notice of heat stroke Prevention in Postcard Town”

Last year, the number of emergency transport personnel by heat stroke was 1,284, exceeding 1,000 for three consecutive years. In addition, as in the previous fiscal year, heat stroke's risk has increased due to the shift to a new lifestyle following the COVID-19 infection measures.
This year, through a co-creation project with Japan Post Co., Ltd., we posted a notice of heat stroke prevention in Postcard Town, which utilizes postcards nearby, and delivered them to citizens. The reason for the co-creation project was to be implemented as a public-private partnership through a proposal for the theme-type co-creation front (*) "PR in Fire Bureau and raising awareness of disaster prevention among citizens." The co-creation business with Japan Post Co., Ltd. started in 2016, and this is the sixth year of this year.

Fire Bureau, Japan Post Co., Ltd. and sponsoring companies cooperate to deliver 500 heat stroke Prevention Postcards using Postcard Town (*) to citizens.

A service that delivers postcards issued by Japan Post Co., Ltd. (excluding New Year's postcards and round-trip postcards) to the delivery area specified by the customer, omitting the address.

Advertisements from companies that supported the project of the heat stroke Prevention Sponsorship Postcard Town in FY2021 will be posted.
We will provide a design created by Fire Bureau so that citizens can prevent heat stroke.
