Overview of the System
Class 1 and Class 2 (excluding 150%) Low-rise residential areas (maximum first-class altitude areas) are areas established to protect the environment of good housing pertaining to low-rise houses. The height of the building is limited to 10 meters, but according to the provisions of Article 55, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act and the notification of the altitude district, there is no risk of damaging the good housing environment in the mayor in the mayor in the surrounding low-rise residential area.
