• Along with the revision of the Building Standards Law, we added forms, etc. for the certification of Article 52, Paragraph 6, Item 3 of the Building Standards Law. ＜R５.４.１＞

• In the operation of floor area ratio permission pursuant to the provisions of Article 52, Paragraph 14, Item 1 of the Building Standards Act, "energy saving of buildings" listed in the Yokohama City Global Warming Countermeasures Regional Promotion Plan revised in November 2006 In order to promote the introduction of high-efficiency water heaters, etc. listed as part of the above, permission standards have been established based on the purpose of technical advice. (H19.4.1)
• Of these, regarding the volume permission of the high-efficiency water heater space installed in houses, the Building Examination Committee Comprehensive Consent Standards were established, and procedures were simplified and speeded up. (H21.1.13)
