Overview of the System
- According to Article 56-2 of the Building Standards Law, new construction or extension that exceeds the shading regulations is not possible in principle. However, for those that meet the following permission criteria, it is recognized that there is no risk of harming the surrounding living environment due to the conditions of the land, etc., and construction is possible only when permitted with the consent of the Building Examination Committee. In addition, in the case of expanding existing ineligible buildings, etc., if it corresponds to the Building Examination Committee Comprehensive Consent Standards, the proposal of the Building Examination Committee can be omitted, and it will be a post-report to the Building Examination Committee.
