Overview of the System
According to Article 51 of the Building Standards Law, buildings used for wholesale markets, crematoriums, slaughterhouses, waste treatment plants, garbage incineration plant, industrial waste treatment facilities, waste treatment facilities, etc. cannot be newly built or expanded unless the location is determined.
However, if the specific administrative agency recognizes that the location of the site has no problem in city planning and permits it after the consultation of the City Planning Council, it will be possible to build it.
