What is the Asian Development Bank (ADB:AsianDevelopment Bank)?
It is an international development financial institution that aims to promote economic growth and economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region and contribute to the economic development of developing countries (established in 1966). 67 countries and regions (48 in the Asia-Pacific region, 19 out-of-region) are members.
The headquarters is Manila, Philippines, and the current president is Takehiko Nakao (former Finance Minister, Ministry of Finance).

The cityscape of Yokohama is represented by a simple figure, combining the uniqueness of Yokohama and the uniqueness of Japan. The connection of clouds represents the holding of hands and hands, meaning "opening together" the future of Asia.
The symbolic icon of Yokohama was scattered in the Aomi ripples and named it "Hamakai ripples 2017". The color tone is conscious of the traditional colors of Japan and the colors that allow you to feel the sea of Yokohama.
The theme has the following three meanings.
