（１） Those who have registered items [316 Computer Operation B System Operation / Monitoring or G Homepage Creation] in the Yokohama City General Competitive B Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.).
（２） Those who have a track record of managing Instagram accounts and advertising in the past.
（３） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) ( In the case of the Corporate Rehabilitation Act, it is not remarkably not a person who has received a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings).
