Those who can participate in this tender shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
（１） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), the registration ranking of "Various Survey Projects" is the first place, and detailed C
(Building deterioration survey) must be registered.
（２） Within the past five years from the date of the bidding, there must be similar business results in buildings with a total floor area of 4,000 m2 or more.
（３） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） Person who has not received suspension measures by rule of measures summary (April 1, 2004) such as suspension of Yokohama-shi general competition participation suspension and nomination suspension from date of presentation deadline of participation intention application to date of deciding trustee thing.
