We confirm proposal qualification of participation intention application form and send participation qualification confirmation result notice (style 2) by mail by Tuesday, September 8, 2020 regardless of proposal qualification .
At the same time, we will send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6) by mail. (Only qualified participants)
[Format and Contents of Proposal]
(1) Please prepare the proposal based on the attached format (Form 5 Proposal Cover and Procedures-2-7).
(2) In principle, the size of the paper is A4 size (vertical and horizontal), horizontal writing, left binding, and double-sided printing. However, if it is necessary to consider visibility, etc. depending on the contents of the description, the page of A3 (fold it to the size of A4 size when binding) may be included.
(3) For proposals, please refer to the following items.
　A. Configuration and Operation of Information Sites
　 (a) The specific structure and operation image of the information site described in “3 Business Details” in the attached “Business Manual”.
　 (b) How to operate an effective information site that is attractive, easy to use, and linked to each garden for students and job seekers at the target nursery teacher training facility.
　 (c) Regarding “3 (4) Creation of videos” in the attached “Business Manual”, the number of videos that can be created and posted by the performance date (generally 4 months from the contract date) and their schedule.
　(d) The current structure and content of videos posted on the information site.
　B) In operating the information site, the method of publicizing this site and the business and the image of the public relations medium to publicize the site and the business to students and job seekers of the target nursery training facility.
　C. Significance of Business Implementation
Awareness of the current situation in securing nursery teachers and the effect of nursery schools conducting job hunting activities using information sites.
　D) Business performance of corporations (last 3 years)
　(E) Business implementation system (including support system for childcare providers related to the operation of information sites)

(4) Please note the following items when preparing the proposal.
　A. Describe the way of thinking in a concise manner using documents, figures, and tables.
　B. For each page, please display the page number at the bottom.
　C Multicolor printing is acceptable, but monochrome copy will be made for evaluation, so please consider the ease of viewing.
　D) Characters should be 10.5 points or more in principle, except for notes, etc. If the number of pages is increased, the total shall be no more than 20 pages.
　(E) Consider the use of technical terms so that you can evaluate objectively.
