We will openly recruit businesses that operate the WEB site "Startup Port Yokohama", which widely disseminates information on the establishment and start-up support of Yokohama City, using a proposal method. The purpose of this project is to promote the promotion of Yokohama's support for founding and startups, and to promote the creation of a culture for the formation of a startup ecosystem in which diverse players participate.

The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows. (It is necessary to satisfy all of the following items 1 to 5)
(1) Register the location divisions registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6, and register the company size as "Small and Medium Enterprises" and "Others" Person
(2) Person who is registered in item "316 computer business" of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (article, trust) of Reiwa 5.6
(3) Those who are registered in the detailed "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" in the event "320 Various Survey Projects" of the Yokohama City General Competitive B Qualified Persons List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 Or those who have registered in "350 Other Consignment, etc."
(4) A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
(5) A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2021) from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of determining the trustee.
