A person who satisfies any of the following (1) or (2)
（１） Among SMEs in the city, those who meet all of the following a to d

A person who has registered in the “Relationships / Consignment, etc. (List of Qualified Persons in FY2023 / FY2024)” on the date of submission of the application form for participation in the aproportal. Or, at the time of submission of the bid participation application form, qualification screening is currently underway, and registration has been completed by the date of determining the trustee.

B. Have a track record of implementing support services related to multilingual support and entrepreneurship in Japan and English.

Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

Oh, person who has not received suspension measures by rule of "measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension (April 1, 2021)" from presentation deadline of participation intention application to specific day of trustee .

（２） Satisfy all of the following a to d among the consortiums (communities formed for the purpose of jointly performing the work together in solidarity).

Oh, all members must meet the conditions of (1) a, (1) c, and (1) d.

Of i members, more than half must be city medium and small-sized business person meeting condition of (1) i.

C. To clarify the division of duties of members in the proposal.

D) The member must not be a member of another consortium that makes proposals for the business. In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a single company.

（４） Other details such as time and place will be announced separately.
