The eligibility requirements in this proposal are as follows (all requirements from 1 to 3 must be met):
1． Registered in the registered item "Consignment of office work and duties" or "Other consignment" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6. Or, at the time of submitting the application form for participation intention, you are applying for a bid participation qualification examination for the above registered items, etc., and you will be eligible for bid participation by the day you decide on the trustee.
2． Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
3． During the period from the submission deadline of the participation intention application form to the contract date, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures (established on April 1, 2004).

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal that has been approved to participate in the proposal as follows.

（２） If you are applying for a bid participation qualification in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (articles, consignment, etc.) in the registered item "Other consignment" or "Consignment of office work / business", it is under application Please submit "copy of application acceptance contents and bid participation qualification examination application" (reprinting is possible with qualification examination application system) as document showing.

The contract is subject to suspension of the fiscal year 2024 fiscal year Yokohama City Council's accounting budget by March 31, 2024.
