(1) Not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations (Regulation No. 32 of the Hospital Management Bureau, March 2005) and a person with the qualifications prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in "B of Computer Business: System Operation / Monitoring" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
(3) A person who has not been nominated in accordance with the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between November 28, 2024 and the opening date of the bid.
(4) A person who falls under any of the following:
A. The manager must have at least 5 years of practical experience in operation and management of medical information systems and have the qualification of a "medical information engineer" certified by the Japan Society of Medical Information
(B) At the time of the tender, since FY2013, at the medical institution facilities including our hospital, have at least one year of outsourcing the operation and management of the electronic medical record system (MegaOak/iS) and the medical accounting system (MegaOak/IBARS) manufactured by Nippon Electric Co., Ltd.
