（１） You must not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
（２） A person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day from the deadline for submitting an application form to the opening date of the bid.
（３） Reiwa 5.6 In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List, those who are registered in the business type "Inspection / Measurement", detailed "Other", or those who are registered in the business type "Other consignment, etc." Must be a person who has been approved and has details on radiation measurement.
（４） Have a track record of external exposure dose measurement of radiation practitioners, etc. prescribed in Article 30-18, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Medical Law.
