（３） Person who is registered in "301 building management" or "321 inspection, measurement" in business event of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (article, trust) in Reiwa 5.6, and "business license" Must be registered in "Working environment measurement organization registration" in the item of "license".
