（１） Those who are not provided for in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and who are qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
（２） A person who has not been nominated in accordance with the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day from the deadline for submitting an application form to the opening date of the bid.
（３） In the business event of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6, "Waste Disposal (C Industrial Waste Collection and Transportation, D Industrial Waste Intermediate Treatment / Final Disposal)" Must be registered.
（４） An electronic manifest system can be used.
