In the city of Yokohama, in November 2022, we formulated a park management plan that shows the future image of the park in Odori Park's 1st to 3rd wards (three plots counted from the JR NEGISHI LINE Kannnai Sta. side), aiming to enhance the appeal of the park through public-private partnerships linked to community development plans in the surrounding area.
This time, based on the park management plan and the town development plan in the surrounding area, we will show the concept of open call for participants conditions (draft) for the implementation of a renewal project assuming the Park-PFI method, and ask for specific business plans. Conduct sounding-type market research (dialogue).
