Since 1996, Yokohama City has been conducting a project to select outstanding technicians who contribute to the lives and culture of citizens as "Yokohama Meisters".
Following strict selection by the Yokohama Meister Selection Committee (Chairman: Shinichiro Matsudome, Professor Homare of Vocational Ability Development College), one new person was selected as Yokohama Meister in 2024, the 29th term. Was selected.
