　 The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers

6 How to apply for hearing
　 On the day, applications will be accepted at the entrance of the venue from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　 You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　 If the number of observers exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　 If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
7 About coverage
　 We will prepare a press seat separately from the auditorium, so please come directly to the venue on the day and speak at the reception at the venue entrance.
　 In addition, photography in the venue is until the beginning of the meeting (about 5 minutes).
