In Yokohama City, we are promoting the supply of “excellent rental housing for the elderly in Yokohama” as a priority measure. This is to subsidize a part of the construction cost and a part of the rent to businesses that maintain private rental housing that can be used for the elderly with peace of mind, such as barrier-free specifications and installation of emergency call systems. It aims to reduce the burden on residents.
We are looking for about 120 dwelling units this year. In addition to the establishment of life support facilities, we added decarbonization and response to new daily routines to the evaluation items this year.
We look forward to proposals for business plans that make use of the ideas and vitality of private businesses.
