With the cooperation of Japan Post, Splus Aobadai will open, which combines the two functions of "regional exchange" and "work" in cooperation with Tokyu and Yokohama City.

Yokohama City and Tokyu Corporation have concluded a comprehensive agreement on community development, and are promoting initiatives to revitalize suburban residential areas along the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, "Next-Generation suburban town development."
As part of this initiative, Tokyu Corporation will utilize the vacant lots of the Aobadai Post Office owned by Japan Post Co., Ltd. to realize a new lifestyle that combines "living" and "working / working" in suburban residential areas. We will open "Splus Aobadai" in which regional exchange functions (2nd floor) and working functions (2nd and 3rd floors) are attached and coordinated.
