　In order to realize a decarbonized society, Yokohama City is promoting various initiatives related to energy-saving housing, but since rental housing has a lower installation rate of double sashes, etc., compared to own homes, "promoting the spread of energy saving in rental housing" has become an issue.
　For this reason, we collect and analyze various data such as satisfaction and utility costs from those living in rental housing with high energy-saving performance (energy-saving rental housing) to understand the benefits such as comfort and business feasibility of energy-saving rental housing. Conduct a survey to understand. We raise "energy saving rental house monitor" of 100 households in the city who can cooperate with this survey from Friday, October 1, 2021.
　The results of the survey will be shared with the owners of rental housing, etc., which will lead to the promotion of energy saving in rental housing.
