We made Yokohama disaster prevention power improvement apartment authorization system "guide of inundation measures"!

In response to the flood damage​ caused by Typhoon No. 19 in 2019, the city started a system in February 2022 to certify condominiums that are implementing disaster prevention measures as “Yokohama Disaster Prevention Improvement Condominiums”. In Motoichi, there are many areas where inundation is expected, and apartments account for about 60% of the total number of houses, so it is important to promote measures against inundation of condominiums. Therefore, in order to support inundation countermeasures in condominiums, we have created a “Guide to Inundation Countermeasures”.
