About holding of the 168th Yokohama-shi city planning council

　　The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers
　　10 people (on-site hearing)
6 How to apply for hearing
　(１) On-site hearing
　　　 On the day, applications will be accepted at the entrance of the venue from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　　　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　　　If the number of observers exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　　　If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
　(２) Web hearing
　　　From 10:00 am on Friday, August 18, 2023 to 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 24, we accept in Yokohama-shi electronic application system.

7 About coverage
　　We will prepare a press seat separately from the local auditorium, so please come directly to the venue on the day and call at the reception at the venue entrance.
　　In addition, photography in the venue is until the beginning of the meeting (about 5 minutes).
