About "the third Yokohama-shi vacant houses measures plan (draft)"-please send opinion of all of you ...

　Following the full enforcement of the Special Measures Law Concerning the Promotion of Measures for vacant houses, etc. in May 2015, the city formulated the Yokohama City vacant houses Action Plan in February 2016. In February 2019, we formulated the Second Plan for vacant houses, Yokohama City, etc., and have been working on comprehensive measures such as vacant houses.
　Under these circumstances, the vacant houses Law was revised in June 2023 to create new systems and mechanisms to further advance measures against vacant houses.
　In order to further accelerate comprehensive measures such as vacant houses, we will revise the second phase plan and formulate the Third Phase Plan for the vacant houses, Yokohama City, etc., as the vacant houses is expected to increase due to the aging of existing houses and the aging of the population. (Development is scheduled for the end of FY2023.)
