The City of Yokohama has concluded a memorandum of understanding with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. to jointly study the creation of a new financial support scheme for the decarbonization of companies and organizations in the coastal area of Yokohama City in forming a carbon neutral port at Yokohama Port.
