Junior high school lunch starts at Yokohama City Junior High School

The city has been providing Hamaben for 5 years as a junior high school lunch. Taking advantage of the goodness of Hama dialect, we will position it in school lunch under the School Lunch Act from fiscal 2021 and implement selective junior high school meals (delivery type). A dietitian from Motoichi prepares a menu and incorporates many menus that make use of domestic, local, and seasonal ingredients to feel the season, providing an attractive school lunch for students. I would like to introduce some points and menu items that will be enhanced with the launch of school lunch in April.
