In response to a report from the Yokohama City Council for the Protection of Cultural Properties (Chairman Koichi Yoshida), we decided to designate a wooden Siddhartha Gautama seated statue and four other projects as Designated Cultural Property in Yokohama. As a result of this designation, Designated Cultural Property in Yokohama will have 174 cases.
A panel exhibition will be held at Yokohama City Hall from Wednesday, January 10, 2024 and at Yokohama City Museum of History from February 3, 2024 (Saturday), 2024, at the Yokohama City Museum of History.
