　For all school lunch from FY2026, 144 target junior high schools in the city were divided into two categories, A and B, and open recruitment of businesses was conducted. In December 2023, the prospective business (priority negotiating right holder) was decided. Of these, one of the prospective business operator in Category B and the procedure for concluding a basic agreement was canceled, so the prospective business operator was scheduled.
