In a fire that occurred in an apartment house in Naka Ward, a nearby office worker who accidentally discovered the fire, rescued the residents who were late to escape in an imminent situation where black smoke was not emitted and fired. We will present a letter of appreciation from the Chief of the Fire Department for that achievement.
