Nishi fire department and Hamano Aiseikai, a social welfare corporation, have water outages and water shortages due to large-scale earthquakes and abnormal weather conditions.
About 100 waters were collected at the site of an air raid shelter on the premises of Hamano Aiseien, a social welfare corporation in Nishi Ward.
