  1. Administrative assistance in charge of policy coordination section investigation, etc. (email check, document preparation, telephone correspondence, driving of public cars (including luggage transportation), etc.)
  2. Other affairs, etc. deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

  • Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2023
  • Basic operation of personal computer (entering Excel Word / Mail software Outlook, terminal operation, etc.)
  • Obtain a vehicles driver's license and be able to drive a car
  • Do not fall under the grounds for lack of use stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act
Working days

5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday is not required to work)
However, this excludes holidays and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3).

Working hours

From 8:45 to 17:15 (break time: 1 hour specified by the director during work)

Salary
  • 8,490 yen per day
  • Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, up to 55,000 yen) will be paid separately.

Selection method: We will conduct an interview. In the case of a large number of applicants, documents may be selected as the first selection in consideration of the motivation described in the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff (designated style).

 The schedule for visiting physical checkup is scheduled for Monday, September 11, 2023.
