I have a certificate of the physically disabled, please tell me the procedure when moving.

When moving, moving in, or moving out, it is necessary to carry out procedures at each local government.
If you move in Yokohama City
・Please file in Elderly and Disabled Support Division of ward of your new ward or child and family disability support section. You can also proceed with proxy/agent.
・You will need your current certificate of the physically disabled.
When moving in from outside the city
・Please apply at the ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division or the Child and Family Disability Support Section of the ward where you have relocated. You can also proceed with proxy/agent.
・You will need your current certificate of the physically disabled.
If you move out of the city
・Please show certificate of the physically disabled of Yokohama-shi when you file at transference place.
