Can I apply for a property tax certificate by mail?

Proof of property tax can also be obtained by mail.
<Things to be sent>
・Application for Certification of Fixed Assets
Please fill out the following required items on stationery etc.
The current address, name, date of birth of the person being billed
Phone number (number that can be contacted during the day)
Type of certification required (e.g. required year)
Number of copies required
Location (lot number) of fixed assets, name of owner
Purpose of use
The application form can also be downloaded from the related website.
・Fixed amount of money exchange at post offices
The issuance fee is 300 yen per stroke for land and 300 yen for houses and depreciable assets per ledger.
Please purchase a fixed amount of money for necessary number of sheets at the post office and enclose it.
・Envelope for reply
Please write your address, attach a stamp, and enclose it.
In addition, please enclose the following documents when applicable person requests.
・proxy/agent…Power of Attorney from the Owner
・Heir…The death of the owner and the relationship with the heir (such as certificate of family register)
