Where do I issue a certificate of property tax (land / house)?
It is issued by the ward office Tax Division in the ward where the assets are located. In addition, kind of certification and claimant are limited, but we also support Tax Division of other ward offices in Yokohama city, administrative service corner and mail. The details are as follows.
In addition, please be careful as you do not issue in city hall.

- Evaluation certificate for the current fiscal year, public dues certificate, property certificate, price certificate, tax exemption certificate (land only)
[Certificates that can only be obtained at the ward office Tax Division of the ward where the assets are located]
- Tax exemption certificate for the current fiscal year (house only), land and house comprehensive name registration certificate, taxation certificate
- Evaluation certificate for past years, public dues certificate, property certificate, price certificate, tax exemption certificate (land / house),
