When is the property tax due?

Property tax is a tax in which the owner of the fixed asset as of January 1 (the due date) is the taxpayer, and a tax payment notice is sent in early April every year.
The tax payment notice is enclosed with the payment notice, and there is a "payment notice for all periods" that collectively pays one year's worth and a payment notice for each payment deadline for the first to fourth periods.
The deadlines for each period are as follows.
Phase 1: As of the end of April
Phase 2: As of the end of July
Phase 3: End of December
Phase 4: As of the end of February of the following year
※If the last day is a weekend, the next day will be due.
