　Last year, we gave up "local gatherings" due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And this year, the inhabitants of the ward gathered at the venue and talked about it, so the holding was postponed, but instead, the questionnaire was written in the same way as the previous year. Gathering "was held from June to July. Inhabitants of a ward received 370 opinions, suggestions, and requests. Over a month and a half, these were classified and scrutinized, and when necessary, field surveys were conducted, etc., and compiled into 17 cases into this proposal request item. Of the 370 submissions, 17 submissions to the government are too small, but in fact, before submitting them to the government, I went to Hodogaya police department and Hodogaya Public Works Office, and we have already responded to some cases in advance. In addition, new traffic lights and streetlights and vacant houses, which are frequently issued every year, will be removed from requests for consideration, and the installation procedures and contact information will beNeighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations in a booklet, together with the government's response.
　From now on, the government will conduct surveys and examinations on each project by related departments, and will be able to respond in about two months.
