Recommendations and Requests for FY2024

We will scrutinize the opinions given in "Regional Gathering" and summarize them as "Proposals and Requests".

Last updated on November 18, 2024.

We submitted "Recommendations and Requests" in FY2024.

Submit “Recommendations and Requests” to Mayor Kambe

On August 27, 2024, at the Director General Office of the Hodogaya Ward Office, we summarized the proposals and requests received from residents of the ward at the 2024 “Regional Gathering” and submitted them to Director General Kambe.
This year's "Regional Gathering" will be held at six venues in the city from June 12 to 29, and a total of more than 500 inhabitants of the city participated and included those issued in opinion forms. A total of 255 opinions, suggestions, requests, etc. were issued. Among them, the proposal and request for the government took about two months at the inhabitant of a ward meeting, the person in charge went to the site to investigate, categorized, scrutinized, collected, and submitted to the ward as a request for examination. Was. Prior to the submission, some of the police-related items (such as traffic control) and Public Works Office-related items (such as mowing sidewalks) went directly to Hodogaya police department and Hodogaya civil engineering affairs to investigate and respond to them. As a result, there were a total of 10 proposals and requests, including one waste problem, one for anti-crime program, two for disaster prevention, three for roads and traffic, one for the elderly and disabled, and two others. It seems that the number of submissions seems to be smaller than usual, but this year, some proposals and requests will be concentrated on dissatisfaction with reduced bus flights, violation of garbage disposal rules, wearing bicycle helmets, etc. It seems that there was something.
From now on, the government will conduct surveys and examinations by each department in charge, and I think that you will be able to answer in about two months. In addition to the response from the government, we will also distribute the booklet “Q&A to Frequently Asked Local Issues” to Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.

This fiscal year, there were 255 proposals and requests for a total of six venues in the ward. After confirming the site and examining the facts, we summarized them into 10 cases such as garbage, disaster prevention / anti-crime program, road / traffic, etc. On August 27, 2024, submitted to the ward as a request for examination. Then, we had you summarize the results of the survey and examination for about two months by each department in charge, and this time we received a response sheet.
The answer sheet will be sent to all Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations in the ward along with the “Frequently Asked Local Problems Q & A” (2024 edition), which summarizes the problems that are often found in the “Regional Gathering” booklet in a Q & A format. You can also see the full text on the website.
