Recommendations and Requests for FY2023

　On August 24, at the Director General Office of the Hodogaya Ward Office, Mr. Kobayashi submitted the proposals and requests made in fiscal 2023 "Gathering of the Community" to Mayor Kambe.
　For the past few years, in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we have refrained from holding “local gatherings” in which everyone gathers and discusses at the venue, but this year, we were finally able to hold “local gatherings” as usual for the first time in four years. A total of 513 people participated in the gathering held at six venues from June 10 to July 1. And there were 195 opinions, suggestions, and requests from everyone. Over a month and a half, these were classified and scrutinized, and when necessary, interviews and field surveys were conducted, and compiled into 15 cases to be considered by the government this time. Of the 195 submissions, 15 submissions to the government are too small, but in fact, before submitting them to the government, I went to Hodogaya police department and Hodogaya Public Works Office and have already responded to some projects. In addition, we plan to remove the issues that are frequently raised every year from the request for examination, compile the methods and contact information in a booklet in a Q&A manner, and distribute them to each Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations along with a written response from the government.
　From now on, the government will investigate and examine each project by related departments, and will be able to respond in about two months. In addition to distributing responses from the government and the Q&A of Frequently Asked Areas to each Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, the full text will be posted on the homepage of the Hodogaya Ward Residentspublic hall, which will be held on Saturday, November 11.

　On October 25, 2023, at the Director General Office of the Hodogaya Ward Office, Kambe Hodogaya Director General handed a response to the recommendations and requests received from residents at the 2023 "Gathering of the Community" to Kobayashi, Representative Committee of the Residents.
　From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we have not been able to hold a "local gathering" in which residents of the ward gather and discuss at the venue for the past few years, but this year, we were able to hold the "local gathering" as usual. We scrutinized opinions, proposals, requests, etc. issued by inhabitants of a ward and compiled them, and submitted them to the ward as examination requests on August 24, 2023. In response to 15 requests from 5 items such as environment and disaster prevention, this answer sheet summarizes the results of surveys and examinations for about two months by each department in charge.
　The answer sheet will be sent to all Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations in the ward, along with the "Frequently Asked Questions Q & A," which summarizes the problems often found in the "Gathering of the Community" in a booklet in a Q & A format.
