Summer festivals were held in various parts of the Sugita area from Saturday, August 24 to Sunday, August 25.
Many people enjoyed the summer festivals held throughout the Sugita area, such as brass band performances and dances at the Plala Sugita Patio Square, and music and performances at the portable shrine and Sugita Theater around Sugita Shopping Street. Since the day was a hot day, free gifts of shaved ice were in a large line, and many children were pleased with the cold shaved ice. At the annual Sugita Festival portable shrine, many people filled the road and were overwhelmed by the heat of the local community.
Thank you very much to everyone in the Sugita area who was involved in the planning and operation of the event.
