Takigashira, Isogo town development meeting pushes forward approach of disaster prevention.

　At 10:00 a.m., 20 participants gathered in the Isogo fire department Conference Room and started activities.　

　First, City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau explained the fire spread simulation based on the assumption that ignited from two locations in the town, and gave a lecture on the spread of the fire due to differences in the structure of the town. This is an initiative that leads to thinking about evacuation in the community.
　Next, the Disaster Prevention Section of the Isogo Ward Office spoke about the assumption of damage during a large-scale earthquake, safety actions in the event of a disaster, and the operation of the refuge during the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. In addition, there was introduction of brochure of "evacuation at home (evacuation at home)" which we made in ward office, and there was explanation about preparations for disaster prevention that we could do at home. . This is an initiative to promote the operation of disaster prevention bases.
