At the beginning of the year, Izumi Ward chooses kanji that represents his thoughts on the past year.
The character I chose this year is "Departure".
Last year, the spread of COVID-19 had a major impact on our daily lives and activities, but we have continued to actively engage in a variety of information and appeals.
The basic goal of the city, "Let's move on to Mirai! With the aim of achieving "with the community," I would like to start out for a bright future this year together with everyone.
We look forward to seeing you again this year.
