`` Mimamori Keychain '' with a registration number is provided to applicants aged 65 and over so that they can quickly identify themselves and report to emergency contact number even if the elderly wander or go out. It will be distributed at the Community Care Plaza and Regional Comprehensive Support Center. In the event of an emergency, community care plazas provide information to hospitals, police, emergency contact number, etc. based on registration numbers.
In addition, in this project, "Omamori Light", which was distributed on a trial basis in some areas in the city from 2015 to 29, is based on verification of issues extraction and methods and effects, etc. It has been shifted as a "key ring".

By always wearing the "Mimamori Keychain", community care plazas provide information based on the registration number when protected by the police or transported by emergency.
