We make "life design notebook" and distribute free to inhabitants of a ward.
By writing this note, you can look back on your life, summarize your thoughts, and make your own thoughts.
We share that thought with loved ones and connect them.
That's important for every generation.

Life Design Notes are distributed free of charge at the following facilities. You can receive it even if you are not the person.
I will give you it in exchange for the questionnaire. You can also download the questionnaire in advance and bring it with you.
