　Inhabitant of a ward, Hello!

　It is Masayoshi Hibino, who was appointed mayor of Kanagawa on April 1.
　I served as Deputy Director General of Kanagawa Ward until March, and I am delighted that Director General will be able to join with the inhabitants of the ward from this year.
　I think Kanagawa Ward is a ward with a variety of expressions, including a city rich in history and culture, a bustling shopping street, a new waterfront city, and a thriving agricultural area. From now on, we will continue to work together with the local community under the slogan "Kanagawa Ward Connected with Smiles".
　With the spread of COVID-19 infection since last year, I think there are many different changes in our daily lives. Now that it is difficult to build a face-to-face relationship and communicate, I would like to overcome local problems with the inhabitants of the ward so that "connect with a smile" can be realized.
