~ Together with the local people, we will promote a safe, warm and energetic town development ~

　In addition to strengthening efforts to encourage self support to take action in the event of rapid evacuation and damage in the event of major earthquake and storms and floods, community support will promote initiatives such as supporting disaster prevention organizations in the town and strengthening the functions of evacuation shelter. In addition, government support will enhance the functions of the ward office in disaster headquarters and strengthen its ability to respond to disasters.
　In addition, we will strengthen cooperation with local communities and related organizations and promote traffic safety measures, mainly in anti-crime program, such as measures against special fraud.

　In addition to promoting understanding of support for the elderly with dementia, we will promote measures to prevent frailCOVID-19 infection from going out.
　At the same time, we will promote initiatives to support child-rearing in the community, such as the activities of the parent and child hangout "Sukusuku Kamekko", and the support for childcare and educational facilities to promote disaster prevention measures in cooperation with the community.

　We send charm of ward more and bring up connection between inhabitants of a wide range of generations and push forward approach to lead to the next generation.
　In addition, we work on global warming measures and beautification of town, promotion of 3R with inhabitant of a ward, company.

　We will work with the local community to solve local issues and foster leaders who support local activities, and aim to develop a sustainable community centered on local communities. In addition, we will use local SNS to support the creation of local connections.
　The 4th Plan Kanagawa Support Love Plan (Kanagawa Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) will promote initiatives with local residents.

　As the administrative agency closest to the inhabitants of the ward, we provide basic administrative services accurately and promptly, snuggle up with the inhabitants of the ward, and respond kindly and politely.

　Each and every employee is aware of the responsibilities and roles they should fulfill, listen to the voices of the residents, practice on-site principles, and promote the community development through collaboration.

　We will strengthen the cooperation of each section to solve issues, and work together with "Team Kanagawa".
