FY2024 Kanagawa Ward Management Policy

　In Kanagawa Ward, the population is increasing due to the influx of child-rearing generations, etc., and is expected to continue increasing for the time being.
　The younger generation, including relocated households, will create new vitality by connecting with the community, and will lead to the creation of relationships that recognize diversity and support each other.
　In anticipation of the GREEN × EXPO 2027 to be held in 2027 and the 100th anniversary of the Kanagawa District System, we will promote the creation of a safe, warm and energetic town where everyone living in Kanagawa Ward can continue to live lively.

For realization of Yokohama-shi medium-term plan 2022-2025 basic strategy "town Yokohama which brought up the next generation that brought up child care together", we push forward ward administration with the next three measures as pillars.

To ensure that all those who are raising children, the elderly, the disabled, those who are connected to foreign countries, and everyone can live with peace of mind in the area where they live.
It will lead to administrative services in detail.

In addition to feeling the goodness of connecting and supporting each other, feeling an attachment to the local community, and touching on the various charms of Kanagawa Ward.
We will promote community development that "want to live and want to continue living."

To ensure a safe and secure life that is essential to all of you, we will promote disaster prevention and anti-crime program initiatives at self support, community support and government support.

The staff will work together to think about what can be done to create a trusted ward office, keeping in mind the direction of the Yokohama City Medium-Term Plan, and act.

Implement administrative services accurately and promptly by further improving the skills of staff.
We will utilize digital technology to improve the convenience of visitors to the agency.

Each staff member is aware of the responsibilities and roles they should fulfill and listens to the voices of residents.

We will strengthen the cooperation of each section to solve issues, and work together with "Team Kanagawa".
