About medical expenses deduction when using The Long-term Care Insurance service
For those who are in nursing care insurance facilities such as nursing homes for the elderly, those who use medical services such as home-visit nursing homes, and those who use home help or day service (elderly day care) in conjunction with medical services may be eligible for the medical expenses deduction.
In order to receive the medical expenses deduction, you will need a receipt stating the amount subject to medical expenses deduction from the service provider.
